The village of Mures
Mures is a small village nestling in the foothills of the mountains just north of Granada. The village has 2 shops, a chemist, restaurant (a second, an outdoor restaurant opens for the summer months), several bars and a weekly market. Casa Antonio is situated on the edge of the village in a quiet location, a perfect base from which to discover Andalucia. There are other excellent bars and restaurants a five minute drive away, as well as shops and the large weekly market in the nearby historic market town of Alcala La Real, a mere ten minutes by car.
